Our founder’s story
I started The Next Agency after realising the industry was full of bold promises but not enough genuine care.
Before launching my agency, I was working at another marketing agency. While the business was strong at selling, the work behind the scenes lacked depth, strategic thinking and consistency. Decisions were often made without data or intention, and clients weren’t receiving the level of service that reflected how much they were paying.
Over time, it became clear that my values didn’t align with that environment. I knew there was a better way to support brands and a better standard of work clients should expect. So I made the decision to build the agency I wished existed.
The Next Agency was created to be a high-touch boutique agency, where fewer clients means deeper focus and better work. Every strategy we create is grounded in insight, every piece of content is intentional, and communication is always honest and clear. Clients feel genuinely supported, understood, and cared for… because they are.
Since launching in 2021, the results have spoken for themselves: reels reaching over a million views, ads returning more than 80x, and long-term clients who have stayed with us year after year.
I didn’t build this agency to be the biggest.
I built it to be the most committed to the work, the process, and the success of every client we partner with.
